healthcare field for new medical devices.

We are in charge of the development TRL 1-TRL 6 of new innovative Medical Devices with high added value. Always putting the user experience at the center, our engineers and designers work on different projects to innovate looking for new functionalities that help to improve people's quality of life.

• Execution of design and development projects for new innovative medical device products.
• Conduct trend research, user studies and participate in co-creation sessions with users and patients.
• Participate in the conceptualization phase from idea to final engineering CAD modeling.
• Interlocution with suppliers for the creation of prototypes and mock-ups.
• Responsible for the transition of prototypes to industrialization, ensuring feasibility and compliance with production standards.
• Interlocution with healthcare professionals, centers and hospitals for follow-up of validation tests with patients and users, analysis of results.

• University degree in industrial design engineering and product development, industrial engineering, product design or similar.
• Present portfolio of work done.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the Health and R&D sector.

• Responsible professional with a spirit of collaboration and co-creation, good communication skills for teamwork. High capacity for planning, organization and communication.
• Ability to work on several projects at the same time. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Person up to date with the latest trends and technological advances, in continuous inspiration. Able to constantly reinvent him/herself.

• High level of 3D modeling, CAD. Working software Rhinoceros, Solidworks and KeyShot.
• Advanced technical knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. Serial manufacturing engineering. Design for plastic injection moulding.
• Industrialization experience. Take products from prototype to mass production, with focus on design optimization for manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate and present ideas, receive and give feedback, ideally by drawing.
• Advanced knowledge of additive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality, medical device protocols and regulation, IEC and ISO standards, CE marking and risk management.
• Fluent use of Gsuite and Dropbox tools. Ideally, Miro.
• Good level of English (spoken and written).

• Knowledge of anatomical design software.
• Knowledge of electronics, hardware, circuit design and component selection.
• Knowledge of software, programming, AI.
• High knowledge of advanced manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in management and planning of R&D&I projects.
